Once again, I got asked.. ” Are you trying to loose weight? Is that why you don’t eat meat?” I feel like a broken record, explaining myself ALL THE TIME. What started as let’s see if I can do this, become a vegeterian. Well I did and I FRKN, LOVE IT! I’d love to be strictly plant based but at this point I haven’t been able to. I haven’t lost any lbs, and I don’t want to. I’m at a healthy weight with the right amount of body fat I need. I RUN, a lot! I also do strength training consistently. So again, to answer that question; No, I’m not a vegeterian to loose weight! Just like I don’t workout to loose weight. It’s my lifestyle. It’s apart of who I’m becoming. Will I continue this, I sure hope so!! Aside from becoming a runner, this is just another amazing thing I’ve done for myself!
